Maria’s Musings….how we got to Florida?
Hmmm….as the clock ticks to 9:30 pm and I’m still at it typing away, I decided to write a ‘lighter’ blog post. Some folks ask how we got to where we are today. Well, I’ve sure had the last 4 months to reflect on that! 
Why did we get into teaching real estate investing since last May, 2006?
Well I guess we felt blessed enough to have incredible mentors so we felt it was time to help others. I could cite many success stories of our students and how they got out of the ‘rat race’, golden handcuff jobs to find freedom in an entrepreneurial lifestyle. I could also cite some ‘not success’ stories of students who have not done so well. Go figure, a real estate celebrity admitting that!
So Thank You to the overwhelming emails and calls I’ve received from my students and my mentors encouraging me to come through and get back up on my feet.
It is amazing to think that one of our students is now able to do million dollar land development deals and work only 3 days a week! And another one who is so full of positive energy, he even lifts me up when I call…to that person, and you know who you are, thank you for your patience in waiting for me to fully recharge and come back in the arena!
So Where Are We Going From Here?
Well , as some of you may know, Rudy and I are experts at spotting trends and go where the next emerging trend is to then capitalize on it…so stay tuned to find out what the next phase is for our lives. We do have something in the works and we will share it with all of you so you can get in on the emerging trends. Right now though, we feel rather than dropping everything and starting fresh, we felt it was critical to tell our story, bring this story to the courts, so the facts come out.
