International Real Estate on the Rise…

AS the worries about the U.S. dollar continue to grow into a frenzy, there are two things happening:
1. Foreigners are looking to ‘get in’ on the deal in the U.S. from Canada, to the U.K. to Asia…we have now entered the era of VULTURE REAL ESTATE INVESTING!
2. Americans are wondering where to invest IF they have the ability to do so. From houses in Costa Rica to beachfront condos in Ecuador…the attention has turned to Latin America. “I’ve personally seen developers in Ecuador” target buyers in America to purchase their under $100,000 beachfront properties” states Maria Gudelis.
