It is a few weeks old news but felt it was of interest to folks reading this blog, that St. Joe company has completed the much anticipated purchase of Sharks Tooth Golf Course and additional real estate in Wild Heron for $30 Million acquisition price.
Sharks Tooth is located in the Wild Heron community in Panama City Beach, Florida. If you are a golfer, Shark’s Tooth was recently rated this year by Golf Digest as one of the best golf courses in Florida and was designed by Greg Norman. The fairway views are simply breathtaking and the Beach Club, part of the purchase, is a perfect venue for that beach getaway and relaxation therapy!
