For Immediate Release - Maria Gudelis Lawsuit Dismissed
In an online interview, Maria Gudelis states “I am relieved to not have to pay further legal fees to defend against such a slanderous lawsuit, the unfortunate thing is that we prepared a counter-claim for $50 Million in damages against First Magnus and it was too little too late as First Magnus had declared bankruptcy, thus even if we had won, the only winners would have been the lawyers”. While this sounds really simple as case dismissed, the fact is it isn’t! The words used in lawsuits get disseminated on the Internet and can literally make or break your business.
In this ground-breaking fifty million dollar counter-claim, representing real estate attorney, Stephanie Cooper Herdman had prepared an in depth claim against First Magnus that even revealed how the lending firm made more than 6 home loans to one buyer in less than 30 days. Phone calls and emails from ex-employees of First Magnus started to pour into Maria Gudelis’ inbox alleging further lending violations made every day in the First Magnus branch offices.

Peggy Sue– Black Labrador Retriever–Selling MV Football Trading Cards All Profits Donated to Canine Rescue and Rehabilitation
Peggy Sue, a rescued Black Labrador Retriever, tells all in a video highlighted on eBay…She’s selling Michael Vick Trading Cards in an attempt to raise funds for Canine Rescue and Rehabilitation.
Vick, who will be sentenced on Monday for his admitted role in a dog-fighting scandal, was unavailable for comment.
Peggy Sue has suggested that the new owner either chew up the cards or use them for bodily relief. She doesn’t think very much of her cousins being used for dog fighting. In a video posted on the eBay auction site, Peggy Sue tells the story of her owner finding her and saving her—and she summarizes her efforts as “just wanting to ‘Pay it forward.”
Maria Gudelis, owner of Peggy Sue, says, “This is a venture that we support wholeheartedly. Peggy Sue believes she can raise funds this way for Canine Rescue and Rehabilitation, and we support her efforts. We actually gave her the cards, and she decided what she wanted to do with them.”
Peggy Sue, silent on her new notoriety, wagged her tail appreciatively and nodded approvingly as the bidding for the set of Michael Vick Football trading cards increased. One can only assume she believes what goes around comes around.
