If anyone hasn’t run out and got one yet, you must check out the Flip Video. It is one of the most easiest video tools to use for your own videos to take of house you are buying or selling. As you know, the first real estate investor to embrace video years ago was my firm, fat cat real estate and the auctions had great success. The main reason is because is was different than the plain ol virtual tours or stodgy pictures most realtors or real estate investors use for their websites.
Think about…How in the world are you going to STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD? It certainly won’t be by using the same old plain vanilla websites and virtual tours everyone else does.
