eBay Auctions for Real Estate a great way to FIND DEALS!
As I learned from my mentors a few years back, one of the best places to find real estate deals is to look online. Some of you may know my expertise in selling real estate online…but I rarely talk about the deals I’ve bought online.
I had to share a couple of interesting finds so that if any of you are having problems finding deals…now is your chance to use ebay real estate to make some money on finding the deal, re-packaging it up, then selling it for a profit!
It really is that easy and just takes a simple email or phone call to the ebay auction seller to find out what they are willing to take for a full cash offer, “is that the best you can do” if I give you cash in the next 7 days to close this deal? You will be amazed that it really is just a numbers game, for every ten sellers you call…I guarantee you that one of them will be a deal for you where you can make money.
So my real estate investing advice, start getting out there, surf the ebay real estate section for deals and then ‘dial for dollars’. Maria Gudelis
