This week - Chris Markham | Markham Real Estate | Mark Violette inducement to Fraud served

Just a quick update on the fraudulent inducement $1 Million Lawsuit filed against Chris Markham, Markham Real Estate, Mark Violette owner of American Land Title in Destin, and other parties included licensed realtors and appraisors. We expect most of the parties to be served by end of this week. 

Of course, I’m sure Pastor Paul Hill will use his evasive techniques to avoid being served, either by his special doorknob device installed at his Wild Heron place of residence, or his wife, Sarah Norris-Hill answering the door and stating he is ‘out of town on business”,  or via hiding out in Sandi Anders/David Yarians (aka The Yarians) investment home in Florida. 

The wheels of justice takes a long time but we have the patience to see this through.  I had a great conversation with our attorney on Friday and he also said there is a good chance to have the license of Mark Violette, Attorney and owner of American Land Title put in jeapordy as when we file the complaint this week, authorities will be interested to know that:

1.  Mark Violette is an attorney that owns / part owns American Land Title and is a very good friend of the seller, Chris Markham.

2.  American Land Title has ignored repeated requests by our Attorney to give an accounting of Panther Investments over $450,000 in escrow.

3. Upon the ignoring of repeated requests, our Attorney drove to Mark Violettes title company to receive an answer about the escrow funds that a supposed ‘neutral’ title company is obligated to do.  Upon arriving, Mark Violette was physically in the office with buddy buddy Chris Markham (augh…the seller and developer of “The Southaven Townhomes“, the real estate sale that is the key subject of the fraudulent inducement lawsuit)….and both individuals with an “above the law” attitude simply stated the over $450,000  funds were already released to Chris Markham’s benefit/company (note - without the signature of any escrow release from Panther Investments or knowledge of….can we say Malpractice…)

3.  Also interesting to note that Mark Violette, an Attorney himself, has also ignored our attorney’s request for information about his title company’s insurance policy holder.  Note to the lawsuit newbie (like me :) )…what that means is this:  It is customary before a lawsuit is filed or when it is filed, to inform the insurance company of the pending lawsuit as for when Mark Violette loses in court - it is the insurance company that would have to pay the damages.  So I don’t think Land America Title’s insurance company will be too pleased about not being informed of a lawsuit that not only claims professional malpractice, but also fraudulent inducement since is was Mark Violette that created the contract for the sale of Southaven Townhomes between Chris Markham’s company, Aquarian Development and my company, Panther Investments.

That is enough information for now, will keep you posted this week on how this progresses - including potential video of Chris Markham, Aquarian Development evicting an existing tenant from Southaven Townhomes who has signed an annual rental lease - but Aquarian is now stating to her that it is a month to month lease and she must vacate.  Chris Markham and Aquarian Development are taking advantage of the situation - the tenant can’t find the executed copy of the lease she signed to show to them and her attorney….yet it does exist and my company has witnesses to seeing that document executed….hmmm…further ‘above the law’ attitude of Chris Markham and Aquarian Development that should really be stopped by exposing the illegal ‘above the law’ tactics of these individuals.
