Peggy Sue Speaks up on eBay donating 100% to charity Michael Vick chewed up cards
I’ve started an (click here to see) eBay auction so Big Dog here, Peggy Sue, can talk to you in video about what she thinks of Michael Vick and why she wants to chew up cards of him; where 100% of the winning bid goes to a local Santa Rosa Beach, Florida animal rescue charity.
This is a very different blog entry than what I normally post but it is to help a good cause. I’m also thinking of helping national animal rescue places by donating a percentage of some of the money debtors owe our company, Panther Investments (aka Fat Cat Real Estate) when I auction those receivables off on eBay. It will be kinda nice to see an average of 100 hits per hour, that is 100 people each hour, seeing the real truth about such big name developers such as Neel Bennett of the renowned NW Florida Bennett family, Chris Markham of Aquarian Development and Markham Real Estate, Mark Marlow of Coastal Walk Parnters / Vintage Homes in Birmingham, Alabama, Bill Ledman of the Annabella LLC townhome development in Panama City.
These debtors who should be hiding in shame as they watched my company go down in blame. Debtors such as Neel Bennett who denies having any knowledge of the conversations he had with Rudy Straat of Panther Investments about helping the students out who bought property from Neel Bennett. Well Neel - it will be hard to deny that when you spent the entire day, Sunday at our real estate bootcamp signing contracts with all the students as the seller. There are affidavits from students to prove that and as checks don’t lie, contracts don’t lie either. Additionally, since we were informed by Playground Real Estate, your realtor represented firm, that you wanted to put a hold to any closings at Sanctuary as the First Magnus lawsuit alleges our company committed fraud….then the least you could have done is release our company’s $100,000 held in escrow on those closings so that I could personally take care of some of my receivables. Instead - the solution presented was one similar to what drug dealer tactics, if you buy more real estate from me, then I can pay you back what I owe you. My company at that point in time was no longer being run by Paul Hill since we removed him for embezzlement and obvious real estate fraud transactions - so succumbing to a drug dealers tactics won’t happen while I am at the helm.
Well - there is more than enough money that these developers owe - over $1 Million, that would more than take care of those receivables so that the finger pointing stops or perhaps re-positions to the folks who really did the wrong and financially benefited by selling property that no real estate company such as the marketing giants like Playground Real Estate could achieve. One of my mentors always said to me “Follow the Money” when investigating things…it is quite easy to do that thanks to the glory of the Internet and the fact that real estate sales records are public information available online!
